Mohd Shafi Bazaz waters the flowers on his son's grave every four days. His son was a 21-year-old electrical engineering student who was arrested by the special task force and accused of militancy. After being held and tortured for eight days, he was killed and left at the police station until his father and elder brother collected his body.
